image-resizer.app is a free, browser-based image processing tool. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No account or registration is required.

3. Free Service

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to display third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) and to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

4. Optional support contributions

Visitors may choose to make an optional support contribution through Viva.com, our payment provider. A contribution is voluntary and does not purchase a product, service, premium feature, extra conversion, ad removal, or any other benefit. There is no delivery of goods or digital content. A visitor may cancel before completing payment on Viva.com’s checkout page. If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us at info@image-resizer.app; refund requests are considered in accordance with applicable law.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to: (a) use the tool only for lawful purposes, (b) not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service, (c) not use the tool to process illegal content, (d) keep backups of your original files — processing is irreversible.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to your files. We never claim ownership of anything you process. Our content: The image-resizer.app name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will meet your specific requirements, or that it will be compatible with all browsers or file types. Dimensions, file sizes, and outputs are practical guidelines and may not be accepted by third-party platforms or portals. Users must check the final file and accept responsibility for its use. Always test with non-critical files first and maintain backups.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, image-resizer.app and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including data loss, file corruption, rejection or non-acceptance of an output by a third-party service, or inability to use the Service.
